JB Executive Concierge Services collects only the information needed to prepare a quote and coordinate the travel you ask for. This page explains what is collected, how it is used, and what is never done with it.
Last updated August 5, 2026.
What the quote form collects
The quote request form asks for the details required to understand and price a trip. Depending on the service you select, that includes:
- Contact details, such as your name, phone number, email address, and preferred method of contact.
- Itinerary details, such as dates and times, pickup and drop-off locations, flight information, passenger count, vehicle preference, and any accessibility or special requirements you tell us about.
- An optional hotel loyalty number, if you would like an existing membership applied to a hotel reservation.
- Anything else you choose to include in the notes field.
Only the fields marked as required must be completed. Optional fields, including the hotel loyalty number, can be left blank and the request will still reach the JB team.
How the information is used
Information from a quote request is used only to prepare and coordinate the service you asked for. In practice that means preparing your quote, confirming the details with you, arranging the reservation with the providers involved, and staying in contact with you about that booking.
Where a booking requires it, the relevant details are shared with the provider fulfilling that part of the plan, such as the transportation provider, hotel, airline, or charter operator. Only what that provider needs is shared, for example the traveler name, the pickup time, and the location.
How requests reach us and how they are stored
When you submit the form, the request is emailed to JB Executive Concierge Services at info@JBECS.com and kept on file so the team can reference your itinerary, coordinate the booking, and assist with repeat travel.
Access is limited to the people at JB who work on your request. Records are kept for as long as they are useful for servicing your bookings and for ordinary business record keeping.
What JB does not do
- Your information is not sold, rented, or traded.
- It is not shared with anyone outside the providers required to deliver your booking.
- It is not used to add you to a marketing list without your agreement.
- JB will never ask you for a password to any of your accounts. If a message claiming to be from JB asks for one, it did not come from us. Please call the number below before responding.
Your choices
You can ask what is on file for you, ask for a correction, or ask that your details be removed once your travel is complete and any open invoices are settled. Call, text, or email using the details in the footer of this page and the JB team will take care of it.
If you would rather not use the online form at all, you are welcome to call, text, use WhatsApp, or email your request instead.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top. Related policies are listed below.
Terms of Service
These terms describe how JB Executive Concierge Services works with you, how your travel is arranged, and what each side is responsible for. They are written in plain English on purpose.
Last updated August 5, 2026.
How your travel is arranged
JB Executive Concierge Services is your single point of contact. JB plans your itinerary, arranges each element of it, and stays with the plan from the first pickup to your return home.
Chauffeured transportation is fulfilled through appropriately licensed and insured transportation providers. Private aviation, yacht, hotel, airline, and other travel arrangements are coordinated through vetted providers in their respective fields.
JB does not own or operate the vehicles, aircraft, or yachts used for your travel. Those are supplied and operated by the independent providers named above, each responsible for its own licensing, insurance, crew, and equipment. JB selects, books, and manages those providers on your behalf and remains your point of contact throughout.
Quotes and confirmations
Quotes may be presented as an all-inclusive price or as an itemized proposal, depending on the service and client preference. A quote remains valid as issued unless the itinerary or requested services change.
A request submitted through this site is a request, not a booking. Your service is not confirmed until you receive a booking confirmation message from JB. That confirmation message is the controlling record of your reservation: it sets out the services, the vehicles or arrangements, the price, and the terms that apply to your specific booking. Where anything here is more general than your confirmation message, the confirmation message governs.
Vehicles and substitutions
JB arranges vehicles through a vetted provider network. Exact make, model, configuration, color, features, and availability are confirmed with each reservation.
Equivalent or upgraded substitutions require customer approval. If a provider needs to change what was reserved, JB will contact you with the alternative before it is put in place.
If a provider cancels, JB makes reasonable efforts to arrange an alternative. Full details on cancellations, penalties, and refunds are in the Cancellation Policy.
What we ask of you
- Give accurate details when you book, including traveler names, flight numbers, pickup and drop-off addresses, passenger count, and luggage.
- Tell us early about accessibility needs, child seats, pets, oversized luggage, or anything else that affects the vehicle or the plan.
- Review the booking confirmation message you receive and let us know right away if anything is wrong.
- Send changes to JB rather than to a provider directly, so the whole itinerary stays in step. Changes and additions may carry additional charges.
- Be reachable on the day of travel at the number you gave us, and be ready at the confirmed pickup time. See the Waiting Time and No-Show Policy.
- Travel documents, visas, and entry requirements remain the traveler's responsibility. JB can help you plan around them but cannot issue or guarantee them.
The limits of a coordination role
JB coordinates. That means JB is accountable for selecting capable providers, booking what you approved, and managing the plan. It also means the services themselves are performed by those providers under their own terms and conditions, which apply alongside these terms for the part of the trip they cover.
Some things are genuinely outside anyone's control, including weather, traffic, road closures, airport and airline operations, security screening, and government requirements. JB will work the problem and find the best available alternative, but cannot guarantee outcomes that depend on those conditions.
Payment, cancellations, and privacy
Deposits, accepted payment methods, processing fees, invoicing, and refunds are covered in the Payment and Refund Policy. Cancellation fees and supplier penalties are covered in the Cancellation Policy. What we collect and how it is handled is covered in the Privacy Policy. Those pages form part of these terms.
A note about this page
These terms cover the parts of the working relationship that JB has confirmed and can state plainly today. A fuller set of terms is with legal counsel for review, and this page will be updated once that review is complete.
Until then, the booking confirmation message you receive is the authority on your particular reservation. If any point here is unclear or you would like something confirmed before you book, please ask. Call, text, use WhatsApp, or email, and the JB team will confirm it for you.
Cancellation Policy
Plans change. This page explains what happens when a booking is canceled, how fees and supplier penalties work, and how refunds are returned.
Last updated August 5, 2026.
How to cancel
Tell JB as early as you can. Call, text, use WhatsApp, or email using the details in the footer of this page. Early notice is the single biggest factor in reducing what a cancellation costs, because it gives JB and the providers involved the best chance to release or resell the reserved time.
Cancel through JB rather than contacting a provider directly, so every part of the itinerary is unwound together.
The cancellation terms that apply to your specific reservation are set out in the booking confirmation message you receive from our team. Cancellation windows differ by service, so please read the confirmation for your booking.
Cancellation fees
- A minimum cancellation fee may apply, which may be $150.
- Larger bookings may carry greater supplier penalties, because more providers, vehicles, or reserved dates are involved.
- Supplier penalties are passed through to the client at cost. JB does not mark them up.
- Planning work already completed may remain chargeable, including itinerary building, sourcing, and coordination time already spent on your behalf.
The amount that applies to your booking is confirmed with you at the time of cancellation, and the terms for it are stated in the booking confirmation message you receive from our team.
Reservations that cannot be refunded
Some reservations become nonrefundable once the supplier cannot recover the reserved time. This is common with private aviation, yacht charters, peak-date group work, and other arrangements where a provider has held capacity exclusively for you and can no longer sell it to anyone else.
Where a booking carries that risk, JB tells you before you commit, so you know which parts of an itinerary are firm and which remain flexible.
Refunds
Any amount due back to you is refunded to the original payment method used for the booking. Refunds are not issued to a different card, account, or person.
Once a refund is issued, how quickly it appears depends on your bank and the payment method used. Card refunds, ACH, wire, and other methods each settle on their own schedule, and that part is outside JB's control.
Deposits, accepted payment methods, and the credit card processing fee are covered in the Payment and Refund Policy.
If a supplier cancels
If a provider cancels, JB makes reasonable efforts to arrange an alternative, and will contact you with the options as soon as they are known. Equivalent or upgraded substitutions require customer approval.
If no acceptable alternative can be arranged, JB works through the amounts involved with you and returns what is recoverable to your original payment method.

Payment and Refund Policy
What a quote covers, what is due when, how you can pay, and how refunds work. Nothing here is hidden until checkout.
Last updated August 5, 2026.
How quotes are presented
Quotes may be presented as an all-inclusive price or as an itemized proposal, depending on the service and client preference. A quote remains valid as issued unless the itinerary or requested services change.
Your service is not confirmed until you receive a booking confirmation message from our team. That confirmation states the price and the payment terms for your booking.
Deposits and what is due
- Small bookings generally require full payment.
- Most bookings require a deposit of at least $150.
- Larger itineraries generally require a 10 percent deposit and a credit card on file.
The exact amount due for your booking, and when it is due, is confirmed with you before you commit and stated in the booking confirmation message you receive from our team.
Accepted payment methods
Credit cards are accepted. Credit card payments carry a 5 percent processing fee. That fee is disclosed to you before you pay, and it is never hidden until checkout. If you would rather avoid it, say so and JB will walk you through the alternatives.
Zelle, cash, check, ACH, and wire may also be accepted, depending on the booking. Confirm the method with JB before sending payment so it is applied to the right reservation.
Corporate accounts and invoicing
Approved corporate accounts may be billed monthly rather than trip by trip. Consolidated invoices are available, so a company, an executive assistant, or a family office can review a full period of travel in one place.
Invoices can be presented as an all-inclusive figure or itemized by trip, traveler, department, or cost center, depending on what your finance team needs. Ask about approved account billing and JB will explain what is required to set it up.
Gratuity
Gratuity is optional. It is not added automatically and it is not built into a quote. If you would like to add one for a chauffeur or a crew, you are welcome to do it directly or ask JB to include it, and it will appear clearly on your invoice.
Changes and additional charges
Additional charges occur when the client changes or adds to the reservation. Extra stops, added hours, a different vehicle, more passengers, a new date, or an added service all affect the price, and so do costs a provider adds for the same reasons.
Where a change affects the price, JB confirms the revised figure with you. Tolls, parking, permits, and similar third-party costs are billed as incurred, and can be itemized on request.
Waiting time is covered separately in the Waiting Time and No-Show Policy.
Refunds
Refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the booking. How quickly a refund appears depends on your bank and the payment method used.
What is refundable after a cancellation, including the minimum cancellation fee, supplier penalties that are passed through, and reservations that become nonrefundable, is set out in the Cancellation Policy.
If a charge on your invoice is not clear, call or email before disputing it with your bank. Most questions are answered by walking through the itemized breakdown together.
Waiting Time and No-Show Policy
Every pickup includes a waiting allowance so a few minutes never becomes a problem. This page sets out the general allowances by pickup type and explains what is confirmed for your booking in a confirmation message from our team.
Last updated August 5, 2026.
General waiting allowances
These are the general allowances JB works to. They give travelers room for the ordinary friction of a pickup without holding a chauffeur past the point where the next booking is affected.
- Local pickup: 5 minutes.
- Local pickup traveling to an airport: 15 minutes.
- Domestic arrival: 20 minutes.
- International arrival: 45 minutes.
- Private aviation: approximately 15 minutes.
- Hotel pickup: 5 to 10 minutes.
- Event pickup: 5 to 10 minutes.
Arrival allowances are longer because customs, immigration, baggage claim, and the walk out of a terminal take time that a curbside pickup does not.
What your confirmation message states
The allowances above are general. The specifics that apply to your reservation are confirmed in the booking confirmation message you receive from our team, so there is no guesswork on the day of travel. Those specifics include:
- The point at which waiting time begins to be billed for your booking.
- The increments waiting time is billed in.
- How a no-show is defined for the service you booked.
- Any charge that applies if a no-show is recorded.
- The cancellation window that applies to that service.
JB does not publish a single figure for these, because they differ by service, vehicle, and location. If you would like them confirmed before you book, ask and JB will send them to you in a confirmation message.
Running late
Call or text as soon as you know. In most cases a chauffeur can hold longer, and JB can adjust the rest of the itinerary around the delay so the following pickups still work. What causes an avoidable charge is silence, not lateness.
Please be reachable on the day of travel at the number given when the booking was made, and let JB know if a different traveler will be meeting the vehicle.
Airport and private aviation pickups
Flights are monitored where flight details are provided, so a pickup can be adjusted when a flight lands early or late. Give the airline, the flight number, and the arrival airport at the time of booking.
At commercial terminals, curbside dwell rules are set by the airport, not by JB, and a vehicle may need to recirculate while you finish with baggage. That is normal and is worked around by staying in contact. For private aviation, pickups are timed to the aircraft and coordinated with the FBO, where rules permit.
More detail on airport pickups is on the Airport Transfers page.
