How the service works
The same four steps apply whether the request is a full itinerary, a single vehicle, or an errand.

1. Send the request
By phone, text, WhatsApp, or email. A rough outline is enough to begin. If a budget, a deadline, or a preference matters, we will ask rather than guess.

2. A plan and a price come back
Quotes may be presented as an all-inclusive price or as an itemized proposal, depending on the service and client preference. A quote remains valid as issued unless the itinerary or requested services change.

3. You approve, then it is arranged
Chauffeured transportation is fulfilled through appropriately licensed and insured transportation providers. Private aviation, yacht, hotel, airline, and other travel arrangements are coordinated through vetted providers in their respective fields.

4. One point of contact stays with it
Everything is confirmed back to you in a confirmation message, and changes are made in one place. If something moves while the plan is running, you hear about it from us first.
