How ground transportation is arranged
All ground transportation is coordinated from one point of contact, from a single airport run to a multi-vehicle group movement.
Chauffeured sedans, minivans, SUVs, Mercedes Sprinters, limousines, and coaches, arranged as part of an itinerary or entirely on their own.
JB arranges vehicles through a vetted provider network. Exact make, model, configuration, color, features, and availability are confirmed with each reservation.
What a chauffeured booking includes
A waiting allowance on every pickup
Every pickup includes a waiting allowance so a few minutes never becomes a problem. The allowances by pickup type are set out in the Waiting Time and No-Show Policy.
Discretion by default
Chauffeurs treat the cabin as a private office. Calls, documents, and conversation stay in the vehicle.
How a booking runs

1. Send the details
Send the passenger count, the luggage, the pickup and drop-off, and anything unusual about the day.

2. A vehicle and a price come back
JB will recommend a vehicle, or a combination of vehicles, and confirm what is available for your dates.

3. The reservation is confirmed
Your service is not confirmed until you receive a booking confirmation message from JB. Equivalent or upgraded substitutions require customer approval.
