Terms of Service
These terms describe how JB Executive Concierge Services works with you, how your travel is arranged, and what each side is responsible for. They are written in plain English on purpose.

How your travel is arranged
JB Executive Concierge Services is your single point of contact. JB plans your itinerary, arranges each element of it, and stays with the plan from the first pickup to your return home.
Chauffeured transportation is fulfilled through appropriately licensed and insured transportation providers. Private aviation, yacht, hotel, airline, and other travel arrangements are coordinated through vetted providers in their respective fields.
JB does not own or operate the vehicles, aircraft, or yachts used for your travel. Those are supplied and operated by the independent providers named above, each responsible for its own licensing, insurance, crew, and equipment. JB selects, books, and manages those providers on your behalf and remains your point of contact throughout.
Quotes and confirmations
Quotes may be presented as an all-inclusive price or as an itemized proposal, depending on the service and client preference. A quote remains valid as issued unless the itinerary or requested services change.
A request submitted through this site is a request, not a booking. Your service is not confirmed until you receive a booking confirmation message from JB. That confirmation message is the controlling record of your reservation: it sets out the services, the vehicles or arrangements, the price, and the terms that apply to your specific booking. Where anything here is more general than your confirmation message, the confirmation message governs.
Vehicles and substitutions
JB arranges vehicles through a vetted provider network. Exact make, model, configuration, color, features, and availability are confirmed with each reservation.
Equivalent or upgraded substitutions require customer approval. If a provider needs to change what was reserved, JB will contact you with the alternative before it is put in place.
If a provider cancels, JB makes reasonable efforts to arrange an alternative. Full details on cancellations, penalties, and refunds are in the Cancellation Policy.
What we ask of you
- Give accurate details when you book, including traveler names, flight numbers, pickup and drop-off addresses, passenger count, and luggage.
- Tell us early about accessibility needs, child seats, pets, oversized luggage, or anything else that affects the vehicle or the plan.
- Review the booking confirmation message you receive and let us know right away if anything is wrong.
- Send changes to JB rather than to a provider directly, so the whole itinerary stays in step. Changes and additions may carry additional charges.
- Be reachable on the day of travel at the number you gave us, and be ready at the confirmed pickup time. See the Waiting Time and No-Show Policy.
- Travel documents, visas, and entry requirements remain the traveler's responsibility. JB can help you plan around them but cannot issue or guarantee them.
The limits of a coordination role
JB coordinates. That means JB is accountable for selecting capable providers, booking what you approved, and managing the plan. It also means the services themselves are performed by those providers under their own terms and conditions, which apply alongside these terms for the part of the trip they cover.
Some things are genuinely outside anyone's control, including weather, traffic, road closures, airport and airline operations, security screening, and government requirements. JB will work the problem and find the best available alternative, but cannot guarantee outcomes that depend on those conditions.
Payment, cancellations, and privacy
Deposits, accepted payment methods, processing fees, invoicing, and refunds are covered in the Payment and Refund Policy. A note about this page
These terms cover the parts of the working relationship that JB has confirmed and can state plainly today. A fuller set of terms is with legal counsel for review, and this page will be updated once that review is complete.
Until then, the booking confirmation message you receive is the authority on your particular reservation. If any point here is unclear or you would like something confirmed before you book, please ask. Call, text, use WhatsApp, or email, and the JB team will confirm it for you.
