Corporate travel

Corporate travel, coordinated end to end

Ground transportation, commercial flights, private aviation and hotels arranged through one point of contact and billed on one account, for the executive assistants, chiefs of staff, business owners and family offices who do the booking.

Built for the person doing the booking

Most corporate requests do not come from the passenger. They come from an executive assistant, a chief of staff, a travel manager or a family office arranging the day on someone else's behalf, and that person is the one who hears about it if the car is late. So the service answers to them first.

You get the chauffeur's name and mobile number before the day starts, and one number to call at 2:40 when the 2 o'clock meeting has not broken up and the rest of the afternoon needs to shift.

Coverage is not limited to one metropolitan area. Based in the Tri-State Area, JB Executive Concierge Services coordinates transportation and concierge services nationwide and internationally, so the same account covers a client visit across the river and a week of meetings in another country.

Discretion is part of the job description. Chauffeurs treat the cabin as a private office: calls, documents and conversation stay in the vehicle, and drivers do not discuss passengers, destinations or schedules with anyone.

What a corporate account covers

Dedicated chauffeur, half day or full day

The vehicle and the chauffeur are held for the block of time you book rather than for a single ride. Stops can be added during the day without starting over, waiting time is expected rather than exceptional, and the executive never moves belongings between cars. The right structure for client visits, board days and any itinerary that will change.

Roadshows and multi-stop days

Send the running order and the day is planned backwards from the last meeting. The chauffeur holds the schedule, knows the next address before the current meeting ends, and positions the vehicle so the walk out of a building is short. If a meeting overruns, the remaining stops are reworked rather than left to the assistant to fix by phone.

Flights and private aviation

Commercial Flight Bookings for the team, Private Jet Charters when the schedule will not fit an airline timetable, plus Private Yacht Charters and Helicopter Arrangements for client hospitality. Air arrangements are coordinated through vetted providers in their respective fields, and the ground plan is built around them.

Hotels and multi-day itineraries

Hotel reservations for the traveler and for the wider team, restaurant reservations for client dinners, and a written itinerary that holds the whole trip rather than one leg of it. A multi-day or multi-city plan comes back as a single document you can forward.

Business concierge and deliveries

Document delivery between offices, contracts and signed originals moved on a deadline, gift purchasing and delivery for clients, and the personal errands that land on an assistant's desk during a busy week. Requests are handled by the same desk that holds the travel.

Event coordination

Client events, conferences, offsites and team dinners, including guest hotels, venue timing and multi-vehicle schedules.

The Executive Mercedes Sprinter upgrade

The Executive Mercedes Sprinter is the configuration to ask for when the hour between two meetings is the only hour the team has. Seating faces inward, so four people can hold a conversation without turning around, and the cabin is private enough for a call that should not be overheard.

Confirmed amenities include reclining captain's chairs, footrests, pull-out tables, dual televisions, Wi-Fi, a refrigerator and beverage station with complimentary beverages, a snack drawer, power outlets, USB and USB-C charging, and champagne by request for client hospitality.

It seats 7 passengers plus the driver. When the group is larger or the luggage is heavier, the Passenger Mercedes Sprinter or a coach is the better answer, and we will say so.

Full details for every category are on the fleet page. JB arranges vehicles through a vetted provider network. Exact make, model, configuration, color, features, and availability are confirmed with each reservation.

Billing that finance can read

Approved corporate accounts can be set up for monthly billing, so there is no card at the curb and no receipt to reconstruct at the end of the quarter.

Consolidated invoices

Everything on the account arrives on one consolidated invoice, itemized by trip with the passenger, date and route on each line, so expense coding becomes a monthly task rather than something chased after every ride.

One point of contact

An assistant, chief of staff or travel manager works with a named contact rather than a queue, and the same contact holds the cars, the flights, the hotels and the invoice.

How a corporate booking works

  1. 1. Share the itinerary

Send the day as you already have it: addresses, meeting times, passenger names, headcount, flights. A forwarded calendar invite or a rough list is enough to start from.

  2. 2. We send a confirmation message

You receive a confirmation message from our team with the vehicle, the chauffeur's name and mobile number, and every pickup time, ready to forward directly to the passenger.

  3. 3. The chauffeur runs the day

Stops are followed as scheduled and reworked live when the day moves. Changes go through your point of contact, not from the back seat.

100% reliable and dependable. Clean vehicles. Outstanding customer service.
